help.. needed re.. turbo lister and my computer shutting down

hi.. i did post on the ebay section a while ago but still having the same probelm.....

i have now put turbo lister 2 on my computer... turbo lister the original one worked fine etc.... but every time i logged into turbo2 and start trying to list a new item i would have a brown box coming up and saying the an ilegal operation etc.. and then when i clicked the x the whole lot would shut down... someone said on the ebat post that i should maybe.. get rid of the original turbo lister... which i have now done.... but transfered files etc.. to turbo 2.... and it is still happening...

when i click for details box it says....

tl cuased an invalid page fault in module tlib.dll at ..........

any ideas... on what has gone wrong......

any help would be extremely gratefull.. as now i can not load things on to ebay via turbo lister.....
