can you freeze the dough balls after they rise?
And how do you make your garlic butter? (this isn't quite as stupid as it sounds) I generally make mine raw (raw garlic, butter or spread mashed with chopped parsley) but I'm guessing it'll be better pan fried until crispy then add butter & parsley as garlic butter is out of the pan?Tim0 -

Don't know - dough is so easy to make, we just make from fresh. Sorry

I make mine from raw garlic and butter. I like thyme with mine, though.
Might try the cooked garlic - is it nice?
