;33763205]Might be worth me cancelling my current policy and going for something like this.
I can imagine the argument if I have an accident thats my fault. Arguing about market value etc.
As gloomendoom says there are downsides to agreed value/classic policies which might outway the advantages particularly as you've pretty much covered all the arguements about market value in this thread so shouldn't have much trouble if you did have to make a fault claim
(I would double check the estimated value shown on your [STRIKE]policy[/STRIKE] proposal is actually £3.5k)

Funnily enough there is no value listed on the policy...0 -

Unless you had an agreed value policy it wouldn't be. Though you usually get asked to enter a value when completing the proposal.0 -

Some of these specialist companies are actually cheaper than the mainstream ones as they understand that owners of classic cars are more likely to maintain them better, do less mileage and drive them more carefully. Also, some of them don't even require you to use your NCB or will match part of your bonus. At one stage I had 2 lots of full ncb from bonus matching and have had a recent quote for my 2nd car(import) where they gave me 4 years bonus discount with the need to use my main policy ncb(full).0
