I hope somebody can help or advice!
When I pre-ordered my Ipad from Apple store it get me an option to buy a micro sim with 3 different network providers,
one of which was Vodafone which gave me the option to buy unlimited download for £10 per month!! Which I purchased a micro sim for 34p!!
When it was delivered i call Vodafone to set it up, of which Vodafone told me that it was a mistake and they did not do unlimited download!! but could have three months free as a goodwill gesture which I refused! I was told to call Apple.
I called Apple and they totally denied that they advertised it!!
Is there anyone else who had the same problem and could advise me on what to do next? Please!

I believe retailers are liable for mistakes in manufacturer's literature, although I don't know how this would work with mobile contracts.
Three months free isn't a bad offer - can you prove that Apple were advertising unlimited downloads? Though looking at it, it may be worth cancelling if you can and switching networks.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

Errors and Ommisions Excepted. Unless you have a copy of the advert, it is oops
Besides, read private Eyes and iBORES0 -
So you could have paid £10 x 3 for three months but they have made a mistake and have offered you £0 x 3 + FREE.
Where is the problem.0 -
A lot of these mobile phone retailers advertise something as "unlimited" but when you look closely there is a fair use policy of say 500mb.

To be fair, most internet providers have fair use policy limits on all their products.A lot of these mobile phone retailers advertise something as "unlimited" but when you look closely there is a fair use policy of say 500mb.
Always get a Qualified opinion - My qualifications are that I am OLD and GRUMPY:p:p0
