White Mist on Bottom of TV screen?

I got a new Samsung TV yesterday and for some reason on dark pics there is what looks like white Mist on the bottom and a bit on the top of screen.

Does anyone have a idea on why its doing that please and how to get rid of it.

Its a Samsung LE22B450C4WXXU Model.

Some people have fixed sonys by taking the outer casing off and slightly tightening the bolts that 'pull' the screen a little tighter
