Setting Up My New Television

After much procrastination I've just taken control of a Sony Bravia 32EX403 and have it up and running.
My reason for buying is because it gives me access to FTA digital signals from the Irish Republic, they operate in and around the 800 mark
The difficulty I'm having is that I can't figure out how to order the stations the way I want as I could with my old television and set top box.
Favourites seem to offer a choice of ten programs but I want to be able to order all of my favourite stations in the following way: BBC 1, 2, ITV 1 Ch 4 Ch5 RTE 1, 2 TnaG, TV3, BBC 3, 4, ITV 2, 3,,4 Film 4, and so on but you can see that I'm well over the ten that I can mark in favourites,
I've been attempting to read the online manual with little, sorry make that no success. From what I've seen of the tv so far it's a great picture and the £100 scrapage for the old tele together with the five year guarantee made it a no brainer in my book.
The set up instructions could be greatly improved
Can anyone offer advice
