My cat's going a bit bald!!!

We were told that our cat's baldness was caused by stress too, but I bought some Frontline off the internet for both our cats and did them 4 weeks ago, the cat's hair has started to grow back now.Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

I thought you were describing my middle aged, balding, neutered husband!!!!!!vyvyan wrote:Does anyone know of any good pet owner forums?
As above; 10 year old cat in good health, neutered male, one of a pair from the same litter - (other cat's ok)
Half saimese, half moggy (alley cat father). Doesn't wash himself excessively and the skin looks healthy.
Any ideas?
Sorry I've lowered the tone of this thread.

Our cat has similar symptoms. For years we thought it was a flea allergy and yet we de-flead her regularly. Apparently she has an allergy to housedust mite! Good old vinegar sprays around the house help enormously
