Am I entitled to ma

Hi all

I am a single parent with a 1 year old, I recieve income support , child benefit , tax credits , and hb. I am pregnant just now and wanted to know if I can claim for smp or ma?

No you do not work so are not entitled to either MA or SMP.

You will be entitled to the sure start grant, and hip grant.

You can of course claim maintenance form the childs father once they are born. Also for your other child too
