Cant enter with police assistance, unless they have previously entered premises.

    What a load of Bul****.

If they do turn up with police, ignore police and state it is a civil matter not criminal so jog on.
I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
    Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

In which case the bailiff's own insurance should cover him for his loss and pass on any extra to you.

This bailiff is 'rogue'. Video/record any contacts, even contacts through the letter box as it were.

Criminal charges await the bailiff with sufficient evidence I believe.

    Contact a bailiff expert.

When my boyfriend talked with baillif he refused to show warrant of execution saying it was sent to proper address.

There is no possibility whatsoever that a Warrant was posted to any address.

The Warrant is the written authority, without it the bailiff is powerless.

    He is lying.
  • Can I ask about breakdown of the charges even if I didn't pay it.
(We are just surprised that they wanted 800 or more for one ticket?)

The only thing I suppose we can do is to make a complaint about bailliff's behaviour to:
    -the bailiffs company???
    -local autority (Council )???

No, the advice has already been given several times:

    Contact a bailiff expert.

    Contact a bailiff expert.

    Contact a bailiff expert.

Sorry we are not bailiff experts, you need one. MSE posters often link to this site:

    http://www.bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/

and I have read good reports of how they can help you.

Sounds like a rogue bailiff. Also have you gone to the police station to report that the bailiff refused to show a warrant, lied and has now threatened to come and seize more goods?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Why does he say that?

DO NOT let him in, no matter who he turns up with. DO NOT sign anything or agree to anything.

Right now you need to see about getting help with halting this enforcement action. I'd echo the suggestions to contact the bailiff advice online website, which is run by herbie21, a regular poster here. Don't be deterred by the costs to phone them - It costs money to operate a website and a phoneline so they need to cover those costs, but I think you'll save a lot more hassle AND money in the long run.

As an ex-bailiff myself, I'm fairly experienced in how routine bailiff enforcement "should" proceed, and I'm pretty damn sure there are a good couple of problems with how the bailiff is proceeding here which could be used to stop their little game, but it's been a very long time since I did the job, thankfully, and I'm a little unsure of the exact process at this time.

That's his problem, not yours. They could say this every time and double up on what they take. I smell a large rodent here.
