E.ON Company Representatives

Just a small but consistent thing.

When these guys post, they try to get to the bottom of the Customer's problems and they try to guide them through the regular E.ON system, burt offer to get involved if that is not working out.

I like their approach.

It contrasts with the approach of the Company Representatives for a large British Telco. They just try to snatch the problem away and deal with it themselves, probably because they don't have the confidence to trust their own company's regular customer facing departments.
