Insurance claim
Hello,
I'm quite worried because I had a car bump today. I was not moving and someone came into the side of me. They said it was their fault at the time, but then their insurance called me and said that he said we were both moving and therefore the blame was to be divided??
I know these bumps happen often but it's not nice to be in this blame culture

How would you get a bump on the side if you were moving? It would have been a gouge or you would have been spun round to some degree, surely?
Tell the insurers the truth and they will most likely pursue the matter on your behalf.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll
