    Sorry OP but if that is the sticker you have no cause for complaint, it is very obvious what the voucher is for.
    The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

    It's totally clear. The bit about '*any product displaying the money off voucher' is the small print defining what a qualifying purchase is - see it has an asterisk that matches the one after 'purchase'.

    Sorry but I fail to see how you could miss the massive writing saying 'Free £5 Dialadogwash voucher' and 'which can be used when you book a Dogwash service' and the huge Dialadogwash logo. How do you miss all that and focus in on an irelevant bit of small print terms and conditions instead?

    That image is indeed clear about the offer. However, since it wasn't posted by the OP (zee) I think we should give them the benefit of the doubt until they post a photo of the exact packaging they are referring to (as it may differ).

    Thus, wait for the photo or an apology about a mis-complaint.
