Omputer running slow especially when on internet

Hiya
I wondered if anyone could advise me, my computer is running quite slow when Im browsing on the internet and alsowhen accessing files, but more so when browsing.

Ive ran a defra and a disk clean up and also a Malwarebytes and HiJackthis and wondered if anyone could advise me if there is anything wrong?

The Commit Charge is 519784
and Physical Ram is 523564

The CPU usage seems to stay around 50-60%, there are 57 processes which I will need to trim down, although Im not sure which ones are essential. The Commite Charge is 514M/1245M

(unless peak commit is significantly higher) the commit charge isn't bad, considering so many processes, follow Riks advice, and then install avast5 instead of 4.

Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out
If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out
If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

Sorry, Im really struggling to turn off Avast, I dont have a small icon on the tray to double click and stop from there and when Im in the security centre it wont let me change any options other than the firewall - any suggestions appreciated

Well you should have. So id recommend uninstalling it as you need to upgrade to avast 5 anyways

So uninstall, run combofix and install avast 5 ~
