income suport and incapacity ????

not sure if this is right or not but can you be on income support and incapacity at the same time , been on the sick for 3 years :( also claiming dla high care and lower mobilty x

    You may be eligible for IB and IS at the same time. Have you claimed either previously?

    iam on income support now but never claimed incapasity, was on jsa then transfered after doc singed me of sick x

    If you are on IS you will be receiving IB as a credits only award.

    i was just wondering because i did go to college before the stated dates etc and because i had been on sick so long it also says something about hight rate care so was puzzeld x
