Basically if your dog does not come 100% of the time when off the lead then you really shouldn't have it off the lead.
    .

    Completely agree with you :T

    That's god awful.

I have two dogs, one only eve gets off lead in enclosed spaces because his recall isn't best. The other is off lead a lot, has great recall, but I always put him back on the lead if I see another dog coming because you just never know.

I agree about contacting the dog warden. If the dogs attack other dogs it'll only be a matter of time before they kill one, or a disgruntled owner kills the dog for attacking their dog.

Some people just shouldn't have animals.

Is it possible to get some help with your dog? Your stress will not be helping your dog, and a trainer will be able to suggest coping strategies for the both of you.

She been to training classes we went for over a year and while there was some little improvement I think shes always going to be a nervous dog, although we did find one dog she was friends with who was a spaniel and she would happily sit next to him no problem at all :)

I agree my stress doesnt help, I generally dont walk her much anymore, my partner/mum normally does it. Its just hard work when people just dont help the situation.
