Hi,

Not sure if this is the correct board to ask - but are there any complaints letter templates anywhere - I need to complain to Sky about the ridiculous amount of error and bad service they have made in the last 5 months, not to mention an incident of which trading standards would be happy to hear about!

Thank you in advance

    Erm.

So you're hoping for a template from someone who has had exactly the same situation involving a broadcasting company, and a possibility of some Trading Standards intervention?

Why can't you write your own letter?

I can write my own letter, infact I have written my own letter, I just wondered if there were any templates for people who have made compalint about products or services they have had a bad experience with so i could add terminology etc.. There is absolutley no need to be rude. It was a simple queston

Forget the terminology just tell it how it is.Short to the point and above all legible.
