Electric fences sound jolly complicated. I used to know some farmers at university. One of them went to a party in a lovely jacket which was stolen and he had to go to the police station. They didn't know quite what to make of him when they realise he spoke like Prince Charles and his gun had been nicked too!!!!Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Ahhh now there are two types of farmer..the gentleman one and the one who is usually up to his knees in something unmentionable, we are of the latter variety, and we are generally found in overalls and wellies. Don't have a gun, don't like shooting things.0 -
Farmers have had a terrible time in the last 25 years. BSE, EEC policies, supermarket control of buying, the recession, long hours you are v brave and to be admired for continuing on. We need farmers! They are essential to our country. Well done, i do admire you greatly.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Hi Again
Just had to go and water the plants and feed the dogs.
Thank you sw....some might say we are mad to carry on but it is a way of life not just a job. Today has been one of my favourite sort of days, outside with dh and the dogs, I have a job which I enjoy and it helps to pay the bills, but i know what i would rather do all the time.
Ann, the shed is very rustic.....not the sort of thing anyone would want in thier garden!! Six in nails and a chain saw are the weapons of choice with anything i construct.:D
