I have done my dusting/hoovering and washing, it stopped raining for now, so have just pegged it all out in hope the rain will stay away for it to dry.:j

I have to take my bp readings at home twice a day as well, and take them in with me at my next appointment next week.

Yesterday it was 198/110 at the docs, but I think that is down to "whitecoat syndrome" they then done a 2nd reading and it came down to 190/98, still borderline high.

Today after doing my activities they were lots lower than yesterday, 177/78, surely the new additional tabs wouldn't work that quick would they?:D:j

Hi Ann - glad to know you've got some gardening done - hubbie & I are trying to get ours in some sort of order - we have been in the bungalow just over 2 years and haven't really touched it - tut tut

But we are doing some de-cluttering today otherwise k/as moving things around from place to place

    Back later to chat

    Hi 3Dogs,

And bless those dear little dogs.

I do feel as if all my gardening isn't getting me very far - as soon as I cut things down they grow again! But I pay the council for a brown bin which is a great incentive to make sure it is full every fottnight!

And my approach to de-cluttering is the same as yours!

Hi everyone, going away tonight to Perth and then again on Saturday to Newcastle going to have some fab times and food!

Jen you have an exciting life. Is it for a football match? How is dear Son?

I am going to do lots of travelling in the hols but only in the UK. Am sooo excited. Might even see Di!!! 6 glorious weeks off.

Am listening to Steve Miller the Joker. Does anyone remember him?

Perfect for the weather down here. I went to a gig once. Joe Jackson, worst one i have ever been too, i had to keep running out into the corridoor.

My friend introduced me to a guy called Steve Miller and all night i chatted to him about music.I ignored all my friends and sat there talking to this dear old chap about music in the olden days for hours. The next day he rang up my boyfriend and they had a laugh as he was not the real Steve Miller!

    As i said, Stoooopid.

I do like it when people like music.Life would be unbearable if we didn't have music. 3 dogs sent me the nicest song from the Sound of Music one day when i was upset and it cheered me up.

I do hope Fitzy can tell some jokes tonight.

Flippin 'eck girls and stevie, sorry. George can tell jokes. I am in SHOCK!

3Dogs, i had a good morning. I wanted to tidy my desk. It is full of a year's worth of clutter. How much paper do we waste????? But i had hysterical kids worried about work so i had to calm them down and try to help. I can help on a couple of subjects so it was good to be useful but my desk still looks dreadful!
