You were right - I was on the phone. My son rang and has been updating me on the progress of my little grand-daughter, and the fact that he has been reading bed-time stories to her. (She's 9 months old!)

It is that superman (aka your other half!) now thinks that a credit card I had which looked enforceable is now unenforceable, based on the fact that they sent a lot of additional information, which should have strengthened their case but weakened it instead! That's my interpretation, anyway!
And, of course, we had a virtual party on here last night, complete with champagne. The good news is that it was free - and no hangover this morning!
Sorry about the delay in replying - my son rang and I have just been hearing the latest about my grand-daughter, who is 9 months old today!
