Do Dell Laptops Have Card Readers - For SD MCC etc?

Just wondering if Dell Laptops have card readers for SD MCC etc as I can't see no mention on the tech specs on the web site. The only thing i can find which i don't understand is

Express card slot
This system uses an ExpressCard Slot which does not support any cards available for PC Card.

Hope someone can help

The site does list details like card readers - this one says it's a 5in1 but doesn't give actual list of card types. This one's for the Inspiron 6400, it doesn't mention anything about slots on the 1300.

My inspiron 630m had a multicard reader, my D620 does not.

I have a 2 week old Inspiron 1300 and it was £380 ( so around the same price) and no you don't get a card reader.

you can always buy a cheap usb card reader anyway

I bought a USB card reader from Tesco, they had a variety of them from around £10
