Help - accident with named driver

Hi there

Does anyone know what happens if a named employee on a commercial van has an accident - drove into a wall and demolished it - was then breathilised and found over the limit where everyone stands with this.

Will the people that's wall was demolished be paid out by insurance etc or will we be held liable as owner of the van even though we were not driving.

Any help would be appreciated.

No actually it was not already answered. Yes, I asked the question about the accident but not in so much detail. Perhaps I should have added it on to original thread but no if you look it is a different question.
