Prize Draw open only to legal residents of England and Wales

Eh?? People in bonny Scotland (like myself) and N.I. won't be put into the draw. I find it very interesting Bing discriminate countries WITHIN United Kingdom. I'll enter anyway and perhaps they'll change their T&C's - I've emailed to confirm and if so, why only England and Wales are eligible.

Nevertheless, good luck everyone (especially those living in England and Wales, hehehehe)
