No entry sign FPN

Hello,
Received a letter today with a FPN from Southwark Council regarding ignoring a no entry sign. I remember being at the traffic lights and seeing a sign which indicated that the one-way street ahead of us was a bus-only street, so we did a quick left and I'm guessing that was what we were snapped for.
Anyhoo, it was CCTV and a letter, not a ticket on the windscreen, so does that mean I should have 21 days at the reduced rate? It says 14. Also the picture they've sent me is of my car at 20:17:47 and the penalty notice says 20:18. Make a difference? The fine is £120 or £60 if I pay it sooner. Was ignoring a no entry sign really a more dangerous offence that warrants the highest penalty?
I'm okay with paying it because we did make the mistake, but I would be loathed to let them get away with any admin mistakes. Looking at this (http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=rye+lane+no+entry&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a) it seems that this happens a lot. Should I scan the notice and see if it's worth contesting?
Thanks!

Copy of both sides of the ticket please so people can help without guessing. Remove personal bits, leave dates.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Just to be clear, were you heading northbound on Rye Lane and was the "quick left" into Sternhall Lane? Or were you heading southbound on Rye Lane, miss the compulsory left turn slip road, then turn left at the signals into Copeland Road?elamozzarella wrote: »I remember being at the traffic lights and seeing a sign which indicated that the one-way street ahead of us was a bus-only street, so we did a quick left and I'm guessing that was what we were snapped for.0 -
Left into Copeland. We were about to reverse but there was a bus behind us so were stuck. I thought it was badly signposted but I think I'm just blind.0

Damn. I was hoping you were going to say the other one, in which case you could have proved the contravention did not occur.elamozzarella wrote: »Left into Copeland.
