please beware this company! :mad:
claiming 3 day developing or digital prints and enlargements, I paid over a month ago and heard nothing, sent several emails and not a word. Wasnt a lot of money but thats not the point, I spent ages uploading my images to 'their' album in order to order them, paid my money and not heard a thing
Where do i stand? Its not the money that annoys me its the fact that they can just do this to us

I can confirm that PixDiscount is definitely a problem company to deal with and have posted about them in this forum too. They processed my order twice, charged me twice and have ignored all emails I have sent them to request reimbursement.
I had to contact my credit card company, who duly refunded the duplicated amount to me, but the thing that really grates is the fact that they did that as a courtesy and it was not claimed back from Pixdiscount. My advice therefore is to contact your credit card supplier and avoid Pixdiscount at all cost.0 -
I have also had a problem with them. Placed order 2 weeks ago and heard nothing since - they say my order is delayed but nothing else. I have emailed them evry two days but had no reply. My first rder I did with them was great and I was delighted with the quality, but am extremely annoyed now. Will contact my bank to see if I can have a refund.No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

I telephoned Customer services for Photobox (sister company of pixdiscount)yesterday on 020 8453 6161. Did a lot of complaining and spoke to Manager Stuart Hum - Lipizski. Order now on its way and money being refunded.
A result I think.No Longer addicted to Boots! - Well not today anyway!! :blushing:

many thanks ill give them a try tomorrow, fingers crossed ill get a result. Its not really the money i was stressed about, only about £8 but the thought of being done over :mad: :mad:0
