cheap .com domain names. Has anyone used this?

I was wondering has anyone used freeparking.co.uk.
You can get .com domains at good prices. Its £12.10 for 2yrs or can be £8.80 for 10 yrs. That works out 88p per yer. 1and1 cost 8.99 + vat for just 1 yr. Has anyone used this service and are they reliable?

not used the. have used ukreg in he past, the prices sound about the same

I've never heard of these. Having had a look around the site, I find it very offputting. A lot of the links on the page wouldn't work (kept getting error messages). This doesn't look very professional.

For the sake of a few pence saving, I would use an established company with a good reputation for this service. I use 123 Reg.

Sorry to disappoint you but I think you have misunderstood the pricing structure.

If you buy a ".com" name for 10 years it's £8.80 per year - not 88p per year.

I admit it's not very clear.

For 2 years, it's £12.10 per year!

If you type in a dummy name such as "dummy123.com" into the "is your domain name available", the next screen shows the prices "per year".

Very misleading ......

If this is not what they mean then they need to re-word their website.

Stick with the reputable companies such as https://www.123-reg.co.uk and https://www.ukreg.com that provide good prices and excellent service.
