Amex Question

Hi everyone,

I've got an Amex British Airways card for bt's and just got a statement in. Last month the minimum payment was £103 yet this month they're asking for only £83. This seems quite a jump for one month - have amex changed their minimum payment percentage? I know the £103 was 3% of my balance but the £83 they're asking for now is more like 2.5%. Not a big deal but I'm just curious as I never got anything saying it was changing. Thanks for any help.

You are right, all Amex Credit cards have lowered their mininum payment to 2.5% from 3%. This was sent earlier this month along with a thing regarding the reduction in Charges for late payments and bounced direct debits.
