    i honestly would start getting your head round different areas, kenley, purley, coulsdon etc, train services are frequent and the prices drop dramatically, it means you're looking at about 120 to 140 for a one bed, they're all leafy and safe(ish)

    I must admit Horley isnt somewhere I would consider however Earlswood would be something I might consider. The only thing that I would want to be careful with is that the travel costs don't exceed the price reduction.

    I will have a look at the Santander Account- thank you for the heads up!
