Close case or not???

Hi everyone,

I sold a cooker on Ebay on the 23/05, this was cash on collection due to the size. After the auction ended i emailed the buyer 5 times in total (over a week) and tried ringing the mobile he had down as a contact, this is just turned off:mad:. Tried at all different times of the day in case they are at work, but still no joy. When Ebay would let me i did the None Paying Bidder thing. I now i have Ebay telling me everytime i log on to close the case. I am quite happy to do this only i haven't recieved my fees back yet, and as they are nearly £16 i dont want to pay these twice (you do get these back dont you?). Also do i have to wait until this is received until i can relist?

Any help/advice appreciated :D

You have to close the case to receive your final value fees back. You can do this 4 days after the NPB was opened. Once its closed you can safely relist

You can't insist on cash on collection as you have no choice but to offer Paypal as a means of payment.
