I always buy tickets directly from the (online) Box Office of whichever theatre I want to visit. That can work out cheapest as long as you book in advance.0

The free Metro newspaper always has discount codes for various productions.0

last minute.com has a fair few offers0

Don't forget to ask where the seats are, as a general rule of thumb you want Stalls or Dress circle for the best seats
Check out theatremonkey.com for seat plans and recommendations on the best seats in the house0 -
just used nationalexpress coach 2for1 offer-but only available with valid bus ticket so bought £1 saver tickets for the date needed to get around that
