Evening all 
Well my OH has been offered some work :j will probably be starting on Monday coming, he will be sub-contracting I think, the company will tax him and he will have to pay his own NI. Now at the moment he has been getting JSA(cb) for himself, and a 'top-up' of pension credits for us as a couple... Now the question is will we be able to claim any sort of benefits until he gets paid ( think its going to be monthly paid ) does the 50+ WTC apply to him or is there a Back to Work thingy that we may be entitled to?
His JSA(cb) comes to an end this week anyway, and we were going to just go fully on pension credits, but now this offer has come up so obviously we will be informing all relevant departments by the end of this week.
I said I think we may be able to get WTC's but am not sure,
Any of my helpful peeps out there that can advise me?
