Best Premium accounts?

Hi,
I'm getting lost on all the bank accounts available!
I am currently with Santander and very disappointed. I want to swap my current account to another bank, but I wondered if there was a bank out there with some perks that would save me a lot of effort.
What do I search for on moneysupermarket.com when I look for a new account? Is it a Premium account? Is it worth paying for an account for what you get, or are there accounts where you can pick some of the perks you get (ie don't need family travel insurance, but would like discounts etc)
Any help gratefully received!!

Lloyds Vantage account pays 4% gross up to £7k. You can open 3 accounts. It does require depositing £1k each month, but a lot of people overcome this by moving £1k from one account to the other.0
