I think you are just a Troll, but as some people having to claim JSA for the first time are desp for the money to come through ASAP so that they can afford to live, you are very lucky that you have people to take care of you. But perhaps just spare a thought for others not so lucky eh?

All the more reason to make a stand against jobcentre incompetence.

    Can't believe this....

Matt, you never had an experience where a form has been misplaced and it's needed to be re-done? Well, if not, here's YOURS. People make mistakes, people CAN lose forms and here's you having a paddy because they want you to fill out a new one, how about you give it to your mummy and ashe'll do it for you, along with wiping your !!!!.

When you made the claim did you fill in a clerical form or sign a computer print out? If you signed the clerical form it could well be 'lost ' in the postal system at the BDC, by that I mean it will be in the building finding it's way to the right floor, the right desk, then working its way to the top of the processing pile. BDC office receive thousands of pieces of post per day which have to be sorted and passed to the relevant section. If it was a computer form this was printed of the system so it is impossible to loose it it will transfer from the jobcentre to the BDC automatically they will then process it to the payment system but may again be held up by the thousand of others waiting to be processed. You are not the only person to make a claim on that day.

I had to fill mine in 5 times :p You have a long road ahead.

Hell will freeze over before you win this battle, I suggest you pick your fights more wisely in future.

The jobcentre people dont give a rats a*se about you, you are just an extra number on the system.

Fill in the form, give a smile and you will be on your merry cider drinking way.
