The prize (the "Prize") on offer is a holiday for two from Mark’s Travel Limited worth £5,000. The destination and timing of the holiday will be agreed among the Winner, Sponsor and Mark’s Travel Limited. The holiday must be taken before 12 July 2011 and chosen from a range of destinations available through Mark’s Travel Limited. Prize includes economy flights from a designated UK airport and 1-2 week half-board accommodation. Transfers and local spending money are not included. All elements of the holiday will be subject to availability. This Prize is redeemable only with the long-haul specialists Mark’s Travel Limited. The £5,000 must be redeemed in one transaction for one holiday for two travellers only, any amount not used within this transaction will be forfeited. The value of the prize will be based on current brochure pricing. Departure date required minimum 60 days notice. If the Winner wishes to book a holiday worth more than £5,000 then the balance must be paid by the Winner using a valid debit or credit card. Payments made by credit card will incur a 2.5% charge. This Prize is non transferable and cannot be re-sold. The Winner and co-traveller must both be at least 18 years of age. The Winner and co-traveller must have valid passports with a minimum of 6 months remaining before expiry.

3. How to Win
Entries are judged on a combination of two criteria:

1. All approved entries will reside on the Britain’s Savviest Traveller website. Participants may invite friends to view their entry by supplying the individual url the Participant will receive after submitting a successful entry. The most viewed entries will reside at the top of the list of all entries on the Britain’s Savviest Traveller website.

2. The Finalist List will include the top fifty most viewed entries within the Britain’s Savviest Traveller website. These fifty entries will be reviewed by Travelzoo’s team of deal experts, including the Travelzoo Top 20 Publisher, the Travelzoo Newsflash Publisher and the Travelzoo Executive Producer. Travelzoo’s deal experts will pick one Winner (the “Winner”) from the fifty entries. Entries will be judged on originality, creativity, uniqueness and relevance to the theme of being savvy.


The winning Entry will be chosen on or about 12 July 2010. Sponsor will notify the Participant via the registered email address within SEVEN (7) days of the decision. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Entries are valid for the duration of the Competition.

4. Timing
The Britain’s Savviest Traveller Competition begins 8 June 2010, at 00:00 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and ends midnight 9 July 2010. (GMT), (the "Game Period").
