Brother 3 in 1 printer help please.

I am having a problem with my printer which is a Brother DCP-117C. It isn't printing the right hand side of my documents....about a half inch of print is missing.
Have read right through the online help manual but it doesn't seem to cover this problem. Any ideas please?

Is this a new problem, or has it always done this?
What program are you using to do the printing? Can you go into Print Preview on the program, and if so, does it show the right-hand-side text that doesn't print on the printer?

Havent had the printer that long and its always done this. When I go into preview it doesnt show the missing text.0

Have you tried adjusting the margins in page setup?Thanks

The other possibility is that you don't have the page set to A4, but it has defaulted to the American "Letter" size (which is about 0.2" wider).
