Blocking bidders

Hi,
Is it possible to block bidders with 0 feedback?
I only have the option of -1 -2 and -3
Im asking as i had listed an item and it was won by someone with 0 feedback, it wasnt paid for and had to go through the usual routine to get fees back etc, Ive now listed a new item which has been won by someone with 0 feedback, no response from them yet but it only finished this evening.
I really cant be bothered with people who i presume have the same thing listed as me and make a new id and bump mine up and win it with no intention of actually wanting it

No you can't just block new bidders. You can block them though by ticking the option that unless they have a credit card logged with paypal they need 1 -2 3-4 or 5 feedback before they can bid.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
