What to do with 20K?

Hi,

I have recently inherited some money and within the next twelve months want to buy a house which the money will be invested into.

However, in the mean time where would it best be held?. I currently have maxed out prem bonds (which I'm debating moving with the 20K) and used my ISA allowance with Santander.

Many Thanks

Part of the Furniture 500 Posts Name Dropper Combo Breaker
Santander First Home Buyers offering 5%, or 4% after tax for normal people. Invest £5,000 at beg and invest 100-300 every month to get the rate.
