Not really alot of running these days, the 28-30 degrees temperature tend to stop that. Have a bit of knee pain these days, prob due to lack of running or just simply old man.

Did apply for GNR 2010, and London 2011, cant do GNR as work issues, and getting back to the UK, London 2011 no idea if ive a place but certainly a good start.

Daytime temp is prob about 29 degrees now as i speak, tonight will dip to about 25-26 degrees. Any sort of running requires a camel back of juice, and lack of clothing.

Cant wait till Aug as thats when temps start to back down again, and running season kicks off again with alot of 10k road races starting.

Have you not signed up for Nationwide internet banking then you can check whether they received it online?
