Hi, my phone (Bold) wont accept picture text messages. Is there a setting I have to alter?

Normally your network wont send picture messages to your phone until youve sent one (so that they know your phone is capable). If youre getting a text message instead of a pic message this may be the case.

Sometimes you need that facility activated on your SIM by your phone provider so you may need to call them. Alternately, if it's a business phone you can get whoever manages your Blackberry server to delete the service book from the handheld unit and resend it from the server.
