British Gas/debt collector PROBLEMS!

Normally the letting agent will record the readings when you move in and out, typlicallly when they do the inventory. You should also have kept a copy yourselves along with copies of all bills in case of issues like this.

Well, after a 45 minute conversation with British Gas giving all our evidence of payments today they admitted they made a mistake and we owe precisely £0.00! Only problem is we paid off the debt company LCS so I'm guessing they're not gonna be exactly helpful as we try and get the money back from them lol!
