I need a website that will help me find a hotel 'near to'

Any web ideas on how to find a hotel close to a specific postcode? I'll be going to stay in a big city I don't know well at all and want to stay as close as poss. to where I need to be to avoid driving around too much. Anyone used one? Thanks

    Dont know what grade hotel you are looking for but Travelodge and Premier Travel Inn both have postcode searches on their websites.

    Thanks all, I'm going to Leeds!

    It's actually for a course I'll be doing so I'm wanting to be close to the Met uni. I have the postcode- LS1 3HE I think, if I've scribbled that down accurately!

    I only need to stay 2 nights a visit, so I'll just be using a hotel, but I am sooo terrified of driving in the cities I'll be doing all my travelling well out of rush hour. I lost my nerve when I got lost in Birmingham!

    2 nights, on the 18th and the 19th of October. I hope I'll be ok to find a place as I have not really planned ahead!

    I'm going to be on my lonesome, which is one bit I'm not overly looking forward to! I'm not needing anything too flashy, bed and shower ideally, non smoking, and I REALLY need a tv. I don't settle well anywhere without one, and I've not got plans to go out or anything.
