I'm looking for someone to rake out and repoint the mortar on my house.
Unfortunately only one of four companies selected from the Federation of Master Builders website - findabuilder.co.uk - have actually provided a quote despite 3 promising to do so and one promising to call me back!
Does anyone know of any other reputable bodies to help select a suitable firm?
