As stated in another thread having a nitemare few days, computer blew up, photo machine in post office did not deliver pics, could not get petrol cap off, stuff for removing sealant did nothing, wall paper refusing to come off - 3 deaths in family and so on............today was waiting for urgent call but phone did not ring and msg got left, then I could not access my msgs.........found a vodaphone store and the young men were very helpfull and quickly checked phone, checked with colleaques over cause, and then called their technical guys only to fine it was a net work problem..............but they sorted phone out so I could access it using the pin (something i had never used) from another phone and checks msgs there and then........

It is so nice to fine friendly helpful young staff especially on a saturday in a busy shopping centre..............
