Very impressed - following a death in family I have to fly home on Monday but only found out during a call the ex in the early hrs of friday morning that the ipet teens passport had expired...........panic stations, checked their website for what docs i needed to take to peterborough office but said need appt found a contact number (website not most user freindly one I have seen)which was a 24 hr one - good start me thinks.......called and got uk person - even better me thinks...........she was very helpful and patient with me as I was somewhat distressed and worried.................she made my appt for me told me exactly what i needed - brilliant.........got the forms (they are horrible and some bits not that clear on what is wanted and as for the rules on pictures - read very very carefully and looks STRAIGHT at the camera - would advise getting someone rather than machine to take them).
Once I managed to find the office got through security checks quickly - they were thorough checks, security guys very freindly and put everyone at ease. Receptionist bit miserable then sit down with the numbered ticket routine ( I was a little late due to not knowing area so expected a long wait) I was seen within minutes.......there was a slight concern over her pic but advisor took my number to call me if prob so I could arrange to get the teen down..............fortunately pic fine and passport ready in couple of hrs instead of the 4 hrs stated for the fast track.
Staff helpfull and friendly - uk customer servces great and helpful.
All in all they made what has been a nitemare couple of days a little better.
