Yeah you know I can understand concerns about envelopes being missing but if I had a post box with a lock at my wedding reception I think a few of the guests would comment on the trust factor. Of course, if someone was that way inclined, they could always nick the whole box whilst everyone is watching your first dance...just a thought! I am thinking of using a shoe box just so that they can all be put together. We aren't expecting money though. x
I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o

I wasn't overly concerned about having the lock. I just liked the look of the metal box. Personally, I don't really like the look of cardboard ones. We didn't have any negative comments from people. The main thing I learned - none of the guests care that much about the little touches that you spend so long on and so much time agonising over. So long as there's a good atmosphere, you make sure you talk to everyone there and they feel well treated, and they get well fed and watered, they'll be happy. :)

They are a really good idea! Unfortunately my dd is leaving the country after her UK reception (it wasn't to do with me - honest!lol) so there'd be no further use for it.
I'm adapting two nappy boxes courtesy of my darling granddaughter! lol
