if they "didn't know that", have they made a new profile for you

eg. once I had one account with bank say "Miss L Smith" but also had another account and they used my middle name "Miss L L Smith"

Due to the names not matching the system thought i was 2 different people and didn't pick up my history of my original account. You mention you had problems with addresses - could this be it?

But glad they sorted it for you.
