Hi I am not sure if i am gutted or fuming. For the last few months i have been paying off arrears on my gas and electric. Due to reclaiming bank charges i am able to pay off my arrears. I rang this morning and after being on hold for 30 minutes spoke to a agent.
Cleared arrears and so tried to arrange a direct debit this is what i was told:
My previous monthly payment was £27 but now they say it will be £38. I cannot believe this!!!!!!!!
No doubt when i ring to clear my gas i will find this has also gone up! I cant face phoning them.
Anybody else moved from NPower and if so where to???????????
