Yes you HAVE to take those, they are also useful if you get sticky fingers or spill a drink on you (or get really really muddy....but you might need a few!) . I would recommend Body Shop Vitamin E ones, they are good at make up removing and not too heavily frangranced or anything. x

    I wish I was going to a festival now...lol

Dry shampoo is a good idea! I never used it myself, but I saw some in Boots the other day, and there were several different kind depending on hair colour...etc.
Baby wipes are a MUST too, if you can't wash! Make sure they are alcohol-free though, in case you need to use them in an emergency toilet expedition...ahem....;)

I'm not blessed with naturally good skin either (thank god for make up!!!), so I know where you're coming from...;) There's no harm in trying to make yourself feel better! It means you'll be able to really enjoy the music and the atmosphere as you won't be worrying about shiny/red/melting face, smelly pits and manky hair! :D lol

A light layer of fake tan, decent moisturiser and some benetint, a liquid which double as a natural looking blusher and lippie so you wont look over done, you can get a cheaper version from mememe in Superdrug and get your eyelashes tinted (blue black is darkest) and permed:)
Thank you for this site Martin

Just had another idea, if you are pale and dont want to use fake tan how about a spray on foundation? It will give you coveage, a bit of colour and you dont even need a mirror and it takes seconds, no one need know:rotfl:Loreal glambronze, which comes in a pale shade, is my fav but there are a lot out there, some say they are for legs but can be used anywhere:)

I am a pasty skin yes :p That sounds really good, I don't usually bother with my face but I do like a bit of colour on my legs, and my current one is so streaky and orange!

Last year I got a cheap ticket to Turkey to see my brother and family, problem was I could not afford to book a bag. With only 10kgs hand baggage, presents for the nieces and nephews and a camera, I whittled my makeup and skin care right down...

For day look I used -
    Johnsons tinted moisturiser with SPF15
    waterproof mascara (boots natural collection)
Berry lip and cheek tint (superdrug 2true)
Nivea berry chapstick with spf 15 (this I found I could also swipe across my cheeks and blend in giving a very subtle dewy look.

Evening I added silver eyeshadow, and turquoise eyeliner.

I bought a travel bottle kit from Primark decanting my body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and a tiny tub of the tinted moisturiser. With cleansing wet wipes I was good to go.

I think alot of it comes down to finding your colour. I love experimenting with different shades but deep pink berry colours have always suited me best and make it look as if I'm not really wearing makeup. That way all your makeup suits your clothes etc.

Suprisingly, my brother asked me 'have you done something to yourself?' according to him this was my best look ever, even in the photos I look 10 years younger than I usually do! Theres something to be said for going minimal on makeup!
No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!
