Pesky washine machine has stopped working after only 3 years
:rolleyes: the door doesn't open and it only seems to work on rinse and spin
if there is anyone out there that might be able to offer me a solution or is it another trip to comet

if u cant fix it, and before u go to comet etc , id try the hotpoint web site, ive just brought the top of the range washer /dryer retails at £499 comet online. for £255 with the same back up service :T a a graded machine, with just a couple of scratches on the side no damage to the front. hope this helps :j:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:0

you need a better description of the fault, if it will do everything but wash then its most likely you heating element has blown as wash is the only function that uses heat, the door not opening could be the door lock is faulty, or there is some reason why its not draining(the door wont open if its full of water), filter blocked? if you put it on a spin cycle does it drain all the water out?, if you put it on a wash does it fill?0
