My first suggestion would be to stop housing benefit payments to those who chose not to work, that'll get the lazy gits out of bed in the morning if they have to keep a roof over their head.
NB, this isn't directed at those who are UNABLE to work, which is a different kettle of fish.Be happy, it's the greatest wealth
