How much gas & electricity in kWh do you use per year? What supply area are you in?

Only by knowing this can you establish the annual cost (and the cheapest supplier that you think you have done in this thread)

Did you submit meter reading when you moved in?
How much have you used so far?

Are you submitting meter reading for your bills or are you just going off estimates?

It's a bit of how longs a piece string question.

Hi thegurrl - As other posters have said - more info is needed

However as you have found, the switch sites need a years consumption history to make a recommendation, which you don't have
So let's assume that your 2 bed house is reasonably insulated, you are both aware that Gas/Elec cost money and manage it accordingly

On the Switch sites enter your Yearly Elec use as 4,000 Kwh - (4000 meter units)
On the Switch sites enter your Yearly Gas use as 14,000 Kwh - (appx. 445 units thro' an Imperial meter or appx. 1250 units thro' a Mertic meter)

The figures above will enable you to compare tariffs from different suppliers for your area, roughly budget for your consumption and initally set-up your Direct debit payments

Be aware everything is estimated, so read your meters monthly and keep records so that you can change your D/D payments accordingly - In Summer your Elec use will drop by about 20% to that in Winter, and in Winter your Gas use will rise by about 80% to that in Summer
    All the best
